I design web sites & applications focusing on the people using it and not focusing on unwanted features. My approach is that what I design shouldn't complicate things and should keep things simple so the people using it, enjoy doing so.
Thing that can't happen in the "real world"

If you call me, you won't have to 'press 1 to talk to a customer representative' infact you might get 'Moshi Moshi?' instead. I'm human and I would prefer to keep it that way.
